Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Jonesboro, AR is hiring a Warehouse Stand up Forklift Operator to join our safety‑driven team. This role features weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide logistics network.

You will operate a stand‑up forklift, handle frozen foods, and support loading, packing, shipping, and receiving functions on the 3rd shift (Mon‑Fri, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). Demonstrated reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license/certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate a stand-up forklift and assist with cycle counting and audits.
• Maintain safety and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Process day-to-day paperwork such as packing lists and bills of lading.
• Support production and maintenance during the shift.

• Hourly Pay $19.28 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.50 per hour when working third shift
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Monday - Friday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
