Novolex is hiring a Lift Truck Operator Associate for Manteno, IL on the 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:15am). The role involves loading, unloading, and moving materials with a forklift, inspecting cargo, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklift equipment preferred.
• Adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials using a forklift within the plant and yard.
• Reads work orders to identify materials and containers for moving.
• Attaches tags and labels to materials and records movements.
• Operates forklift and hoist to load, move, and position materials.
• Works on shifts as assigned and maintains accuracy on production sheets.
