• Oversee food preparation and service in line with standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Respond to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Train employees and assign work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Manage work schedules and expedite workflow to meet demand.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports such as inventory and payroll records.
• Handle cash according to the Food Accounting Manual.
