Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Floor Technician for night shift (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week) in the Pierce County area. You will perform flooring projects across various buildings, including buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and tile/grout scrubbing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating floor equipment and cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, buffing.
• Basic knowledge of janitorial safety procedures and chemical storage/handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Floor buffing and waxing.
• Carpet cleaning and tile/grout scrubbing.
• Window washing and high-dusting/vent cleaning.
• Floor machine maintenance and cleaning; cleaning fill-ins.
• Delivering supplies to buildings.
