Job summary

Envision is seeking a Night Float Anesthesiologist at Hackensack University Medical Center to provide care during night shifts. The position offers a base salary up to $150K, along with a start-date bonus and additional pay for on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Experience in a combination care‑team model preferred.
• Available to work nights from 7 pm – 7 am.

Position

Night Float Anesthesiologist at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Schedule & Case Mix

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off model.
• In house 7 pm – 7 am.
• General anesthesia and OB cases.
• No cardiac or pediatric cases.

Team & Responsibilities

• Combination care‑team model with CRNAs and physician‑only cases.
• Supervision of residents.
• Two physicians in house nightly, with a physician backup.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $150K SDB.
• Up to $150K start‑date bonus.
