Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Service Technician to support industrial water treatment customers within the assigned territory. This field-based role performs routine water testing, monitors treatment programs, maintains chemical feed equipment, and provides technical support to ensure optimal customer operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, roughly 2+ years in related fields, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, water treatment, utilities, or related field.
• Mechanical troubleshooting with pumps, valves, piping, motors, or industrial equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Industrial water treatment or wastewater experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and monitoring of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process water systems.
• Collect samples, analyze results, and document findings.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Monitor chemical inventory and coordinate deliveries as needed.
• Support equipment installations, startups, and customer troubleshooting efforts.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations personnel.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
