Job summary

Integratedcooling in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Robot Field Operator to operate our vehicle-sized robot and collect in-field data at night. You will participate in a hands-on startup environment, learning robotics, programming, and hardware development while supporting sustainable farming initiatives.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Work is 2–3 nights per week with logging, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the team to optimize treatments and data quality.

• English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Operate/monitor the robot and collect field data several nights per week.
• Shadow an experienced field automation technician until comfortable with data collection.
• Log treatment notes and document robot progress during treatments.
• Troubleshoot issues that may impact treatment completion and suggest improvements.
