Job summary

Zero dB Communications (ZdB) is hiring for a fiber optic field position. The role involves night shifts, extensive outdoor work, and possible out-of-state travel to support client projects. You will be part of a team handling construction, splicing, and testing tasks as needed.

We offer weekly pay, PTO, paid sick leave, holidays, disability and life insurance, EAP, and voluntary benefits including a 401(k) match and health plans. A CDL preferred driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• 1+ year of fiber optic field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license per safety standards (CDL preferred).
• General knowledge of residential/commercial construction; foreman experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft applications).
• Ability to meet physical Demands and work outdoors in all weather.
