Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Janitor to keep our client sites clean, organized and disinfected. This role requires performing interior cleaning tasks across offices and common areas while maintaining safety standards.

You will be responsible for trash removal, window cleaning, and ensuring restrooms are stocked and sanitary. The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety protocols, and work with a team to meet daily cleaning targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience cleaning commercial buildings preferred.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors; clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office equipment and phones.
• Empty trash and recycling; maintain a cleaning chart.
• Adhere to safety rules and notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.
