SupportFinity™ is hiring Extrusion Operators for the 3rd shift in Morristown, Vermont. The role involves processing products from non-complex color compounds, operating extruding machines, and adhering to strict safety standards.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience. The starting pay is $21/hr., with a shift differential of $1.75, and various employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to evaluate color (Hue, Chroma, and Shade).

Responsibilities

• Process products from non-complex color compounds safely and efficiently.
• Set up, operate, and tend extruding machines.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operation errors.
