Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking Crew Members who can work after dinner and late nights. Schedules vary by restaurant, with shifts starting as early as 4:00pm or later, and closing times ranging to midnight or beyond.

The Crew Member role centers on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting delivery partners.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests with a positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping.
