Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Veterinarian for night shifts at our Texas hospitals. This permanent role focuses on high-quality emergency medicine across a variety of patients, with a competitive salary range of $110,000–$175,000 per year.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, provide fast, compassionate care, perform emergency surgeries, and maintain thorough patient records while communicating clearly with pet owners. A DVM and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years as a practicing veterinarian with emergency medicine experience.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine.
• Excellent surgical skills with emergency surgery experience.
• Strong communication skills with pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Providing immediate care to emergency patients, including initial examination, diagnostic testing, and treatment.
• Performing emergency surgeries as necessary.
• Collaborating with other veterinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets and treatment options.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care.
