Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in South Carolina is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Free-standing ER/ED @ Sweetwater. This full-time night position (7pm–7am) leads direct and indirect nursing care, coordinates the multidisciplinary team, and ensures safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER setting.

The role emphasizes professional leadership, supports the facility’s vision, and offers opportunities for career growth within UHS and its subsidiaries. Sign-on bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time acute care nursing; 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current SC or compact state nursing license; BLS/ACLS/PALS on hire; NRP/TNCC within 6 months; ENPC preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff.
• Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals.
• Provides professional leadership and supports the healthcare team.
