TotalCare Emergency Room at Denton Razor Ranch is seeking a Full Time ER Registered Nurse for night shifts in Denton, TX. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include Texas RN license, ADN/BSN, BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred. The role emphasizes critical thinking, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Night shifts are 12 hours, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess and reassess patient condition and change in status.
• Document observations and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and initiate interventions.
