Job summary

ISC Constructors is seeking an Electrical Foreman for the night shift in Port Arthur, TX. You will lead an experienced crew, ensure safety compliance, manage permits, and coordinate material inventory while reporting and resolving issues promptly.

The role requires a minimum of five years in electrical or instrumentation, a TWIC card, and the ability to pass NCCER skill assessments as well as post-offer drug tests and background checks. ISC offers competitive wages and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.

Responsibilities

• Report injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to crew.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct, then report, any unacceptable behavior by crew to the Supervisor.
• Manage material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
