Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• 2+ years experience performing procedures in patient care.
• REEGT preferred; ABRET preferred; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Observe EEG tracings and respond to seizure activity.
• Explain testing procedures to patients and families using age-appropriate guidelines.
• Perform studies with documentation and troubleshoot equipment.
• Evaluate data and report abnormal findings to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain diagnostic testing equipment and supplies.
• Conduct long-term monitoring in epilepsy and ICU settings.
