St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Behavioral Health professional to join our dedicated team. You will complete psychosocial assessments and plans of care for identified patient populations, identify interventions and goals per the plan, and provide crisis intervention to patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters degree in social work.
• Licenses/Certifications: LMSW or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Completes psychosocial assessments and plans of care for identified patient populations.

• Provides crisis intervention services to patients, families, and staff.
