Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related experience or training; combination acceptable.
• CNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect oral fluid, urine for drug and breath alcohol testing.
• Be trained to DOT standards for drug and alcohol testing.
