Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, Ohio is hiring a Dock Loader for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7:30pm-6:00am) to load and unload trucks with precision and safety. You will scan products, maintain inventory accuracy, and work with supervisors to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time trailer completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of loading experience, basic glass handling knowledge, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in loading; window manufacturing environment preferred.
• Glass handling knowledge preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers with 100% accuracy.
• Scan products loaded into trucks 100%.
• Maintain safety and quality in dock operations.
• Record discrepancies and manage manifests.
• Work with dock leads to ensure timely trailer completion.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts and other dock equipment.
• Keep dock area clean and organized.
