• Ensures shipments are correctly prepared and shipped as per schedule.
• Communicates quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Double checks shipments for errors before delivery.
• May coordinate with couriers about delays.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and uses PPE.
• Overtime or shift changes may be required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular attendance is essential.
