Responsibilities

• Trailer coordination to determine trailer size and communicate with drivers and invoice office.
• Coordinate with Yankton/Mitchell/Sioux Falls, Kansas, Cheyenne, and Lincoln teams on loads.
• Complete route paperwork and follow up with drivers and accounting.
• Compile Late Gate Report and identify delays with reasons.
• Maintain daily trailer lists and coordinate repairs with shop and shuttle locations.
