Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Alloway, NJ. The role supports residents with daily living activities and fosters independence under supervision of the House Manager.

No experience required—paid training provided. Schedule: nights Fri-Sun, 12a–8a; pay rate $19.13/hr or $21.13 with Enhanced Pay; benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, daily pay, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred.
• NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision.
• Support independence and personal care tasks for individuals.
• Collaborate with House Manager to monitor progress and maintain living area.
