Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Mullica Hill program in New Jersey. This entry offers paid training with no experience required, and a schedule of 3p-11p Mon Tue Wed and 9a-9p Sun.

The DSP will assist residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, and personal care under supervision of the House Manager. Pay rate starts at $18.13 per hour, increasing to $20.13 with Enhanced Pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide daily support and personal care under supervision of the House Manager.
• Help residents develop skills to increase independence and navigate daily routines.
