Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Days) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, recreation and community inclusion in a team setting.

Hours are structured (Sun–Wed shifts), with potential overtime on weekends. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass background checks and screenings. Driver’s license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to transport clients.
• Current CPR training is required.
• Background check and drug screening before employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• Transport to appointments or assist with feeding and hygiene as needed.
