Job summary

Verland is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide exceptional care to residents at Villahaven House in Bethel Park, PA. This full-time, non-exempt role includes overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday, with a $20.00/hr wage and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include individualized support, documentation, and participation in daily living activities. No prior experience is required, and full benefits are provided after 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a full background, physical, and drug screen.
• Experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents in a safe, healthy environment.
• Encourage skill development through active treatment activities.
• Implement individualized programs and record daily progress notes.
• Assist with planning social, home, and recreational activities.
• Help with meals and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
