Suncore in Spanish Fork, Utah is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our heavy equipment fleet, ensuring optimal performance and uptime across excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and troubleshoot fault codes to keep operations running smoothly. A valid license and a commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship are essential.

Competenze

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic with heavy construction equipment.
• Diesel mechanic certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid inspections.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks.

• Inspect equipment to identify worn or damaged components and determine necessary repairs.

• Troubleshoot engine fault codes using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Help maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient fleet to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably working with heavy construction equipment.

• Diesel mechanic certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Dependable team player with pride in quality workmanship and a willingness to continue learning.
