Schreiber Foods, Inc. is hiring for a night shift machine operations role in our dairy processing facility.

The position focuses on safe, efficient operation, material handling, and quality inspection within a team. Starting pay ranges from $23.31 to $29.53 per hour, with 12-hour graveyard shifts (6 PM–6 AM), weekend rotation, vacation benefits, and eligibility for incentive pay, ESOP participation, and 401(k) match from day one.

Qualifications

• Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand)
• Weekend/overtime work is required on a rotating basis
• Complete & Pass the Food Safety Exam during your first week of orientation

Responsibilities

• Operate, manage and solve problems in a team dairy processing facility.
• Handle ingredients, bulk materials, machine operation, product manufacturing and quality inspection.
• Follow food safety and personal safety practices; perform other duties as assigned
