Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain the interior of buildings in the Northwest Area. You will vacuum, sweep, mop floors, clean windows, restrooms, and replenish supplies, with attention to safety and quality. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow cleaning charts, report unsafe conditions, and close doors at end of night shift.

The pay rate is $14.00 per hour. This role involves working on site in a facilities environment with strong reliability

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies and other work areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles and commonly used items; replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; maintain cleaning charts and report unsafe conditions.
