Job summary

Hawaiian Building Maintenance is hiring a Custodian for a shopping center in Honolulu. This full-time night position offers a graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with competitive pay of $19.00 per hour.

You will maintain clean common areas, assist with interior and exterior cleaning, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), ability to read and follow instructions in English, and prior janitorial or related

• Public relations and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the building's common areas including restrooms, walkways, and tables.
• Clean interior and exterior areas using appropriate equipment; manage waste and stock supplies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report safety concerns or building issues.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 25–50 lbs and working on stairs/ladder as needed.
