Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in San Francisco to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment to maintain areas.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; respond to supervision.
• Work as part of a team and fill in during staff shortages.
