Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must read, understand and follow multi-step written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine custodial functions: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, waxing, disinfecting, burnishing and polishing.
• Cleans windows, walls, floors, carpets, lavatories, showers, sinks, mirrors and water fountains.
• Operates power equipment: sweepers, vacuums, burnishers, mowers, edgers, weed eaters and leaf blowers.
• Responds to requests for immediate cleaning services and maintains equipment.
• Maintains custodial storage facilities and inventories, and performs minor repairs.
