Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head Custodian, performs routine work related to the maintenance and repair of school building facilities as assigned; performs all other related work as required. Essential duties include: general cleaning, painting, repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, replacing broken windows, checking boilers, and monitoring supplies.

The position requires moderate physical effort. The employee must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak, hear, and use hands to operate equipment and hand tools.
