Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a Night Custodian to perform custodial duties and basic maintenance. Shift times are Mon-Thu 4:00 pm–12:30 am, Fri 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, plus opportunity to earn up to $19.00 per hour in certain cases.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, floors, and surfaces; operating cleaning equipment; handling waste and recycling; maintaining building security by locking/unlocking, and reporting

Night Custodian### Night CustodianApply: Mendota Heights, MN: Full time: Posted Today: R-261023-2753The Custodian is responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that property buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.**Job Description:****Shift:**Mon -Thurs - 4:00 pm -12:30 amFri - 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm **Pay:** $18.00 per hour **Job Description:*** Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures; refill restroom dispensers* Clean, dust, and wipe furniture, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors* Empty/clean wastebaskets and recycle bins; transports trash and waste to disposal area and trash containers* Vacuum meeting rooms and run all dirty glassware through the dishwasher* Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets* Replace light bulbs* Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets and furniture* Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments* Lock and unlock assigned buildings: secure building when facilities are not in use checking for unlocked doors and windows, report any unauthorized occupants, turn off lights* Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis* Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.
