Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Custodial Night Manager to oversee evening custodial operations at an assigned facility. The role ensures cleaning services meet quality standards, staff are trained and supervised, and client expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting facilities, maintaining supplies, and ensuring OSHA safety compliance, with reporting and payroll oversight as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading a large custodial team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate custodial staff on a daily basis.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, and service issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Prepare reports on operations, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate special cleaning projects (floor care, deep cleaning, etc.).
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and payroll accuracy for staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
