Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Cup Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Burleson, TX. You will operate packaging systems, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and maintain equipment cleanliness.

Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring weights, documenting data, and performing routine maintenance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of manufacturing experience or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months experience in manufacturing or similar setting, or equivalent training.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple packaging systems safely and efficiently.
• Load and adjust film carts and materials to ensure continuous operation.
• Monitor weights and adjust machine settings to meet targets.
• Execute standard changeovers with teammates to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting independently.
• Document production data accurately (logs, downtime, metal detection).
• Keep equipment clean and sanitized per COP and CIP procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout and emergency stops.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
