Job summary

Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our night-shift team. This weekend-night position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and retirement plans.

You will perform CT examinations, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality imaging while mentoring students. The role requires an associate degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT certification within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT Radiography certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and adjust equipment for CT procedures.
• Perform CT scans with proper positioning and protocol.
• Assist with training of students and staff during procedures.
• Record procedures and data in the patient record.
• Monitor equipment and supplies and report malfunctions.

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program

ARRT Radiography certification within 60 days
