Job summary

Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, part of Catholic Health, seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT studies with independence and sound judgment. Requires ARRT CT certification and NY Radiologic Technologist license; 1 year staff technologist experience; BLS within 90 days. Schedule: nights with weekend/holiday rotation; hours 11:00pm–7:00am. Opportunities to contribute to radiology services and ongoing ARRT preparation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT Radiologic Technologist Registry (R) certification; CT specialty within 18 months post hire.
• New York State license as Radiologic Technologist and NYSDOH CT certification within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with professional judgment and accuracy.
• May perform Radiologic (X-ray) procedures as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety and ALARA principles.
