Job summary

UMass Memorial Health, a premier health system in Central Massachusetts, seeks a Night Shift CT Scan Technologist to provide direct patient care under supervision of the Senior CT Scan Technologist. You will perform CT exams, maintain records, and support departmental procedures.

The role requires ARRT/NMTCB certification and MA licensure, with travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton as needed. The department emphasizes safety, quality, and respect while offering growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by ARRT or NMTCB in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Verbal and written communication skills with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams.
• Send exams to PACS and QC images for review.
