Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a CT Radiologic Technologist for the Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix. The role involves performing prescribed CT procedures, maintaining high image quality, and ensuring patient safety on night shifts within a dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team.

Responsibilities include educating patients, coordinating with clinicians, and maintaining records while following department policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT CT certification or NMTCB(CT) eligibility preferred and must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
• AZ, WY, NV state licensure required prior to hire; CT license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to orders and protocols, ensuring patient safety and image quality.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and provide compassionate care.
• Produce high quality diagnostic images and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor equipment and perform basic quality control and safety measures.
