Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clean and safe; monitor stock levels and backroom organization.
• Handle freight and restock; reset displays as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a productive work environment.
