Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over five years of Grocery or Warehouse Manager experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Complete the company’s OSHA-accredited forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to make informed ordering decisions.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the night crew team to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee overnight stocking and inventory processes.
• Ensure safety protocols and store policies are followed.
• Resolve equipment issues and maintain store appearance.
