Job summary

Price Rite in Wethersfield, CT is seeking a Night Crew Clerk (Part Time) to unload and process deliveries in the Grocery Department and maintain a neat, attractive department. The role supports our service priorities and offers opportunities for cross training and growth within Price Rite.

Responsibilities include following approved receiving procedures, stocking, price marking, and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for scheduled shifts.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work with fresh, dried and/or processed foods and spices.
• Able to work in cold environments.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
• Able to work cooperatively with others.
• Flexible to work 9pm–7am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process deliveries in Grocery Department with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain neat, clean, and visually appealing department.
• Follow procedures for receiving, dating, storing, pricing, restocking and merchandising.
