Job summary

Price Rite is seeking an Assistant Night Crew Chief at Fall River, MA. The role oversees night crew clerks to maintain accurate pricing, stocking, facing and rotation of merchandise, ensuring a clean and inviting store image.

Cross-training across departments supports daily operational needs and customer service excellence. Role requires attention to safety and presentation, ability to stand, lift, and operate standard retail equipment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Basic Math skills are required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Stand for long periods.
• Bend and reach as needed.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Operate a Telxon device.
• Push/pull 4-wheel equipment loaded with product.

Responsibilities

• Observe store rules and company policies.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow dress code.
• Observe shift hours as scheduled.
• Adhere to health and civil code regulations.
• Ensure items are priced and signed clearly and accurately.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and stock levels.
• Build displays and organize backroom stock.
• Unload trucks and operate the bailer as needed.
• Use the register for cash handling and maintain security systems.
