Big Y Foods, Inc. is seeking an individual for a leadership-focused role at our Amherst, MA location. You will help foster our culture of caring and support the store’s mission through professional conduct and adherence to policies.

Primary duties include enforcing standards, cross-training across areas, and maintaining a flexible schedule to meet store needs. You must be 18+ and ready to contribute to a positive, compliant retail environment.
