Job summary

Cass Clay Creamery/Kemps LLC. in Fargo, ND is seeking an Overnight Cooler Worker for a 8:00 PM–6:30 AM shift (Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu). You will rotate products using FIFO, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain a clean, safe cooler environment.

Wage is $26.26/hour with a $1/hour night differential for 6pm–6am, and you must lift up to 70 pounds and work in ~33°F conditions while following GMP/SOP policies.

Qualifications

• Must work in cold conditions (≈33°F) for long periods.
• Able to lift/pull/push at least 70 pounds.
• Experience with loading and unloading trailers.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and safety policies.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate product using FIFO to ensure oldest product is sent out first.
• Make space for rotators to place incoming product.
• Keep work area clean and safe; adhere to Quality, Safety and GMP policies.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
• Assist with order picking and checking orders for accuracy.
• Palletize products for trailer orders and manage cooler inventory.
