Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a Full-Time NIGHT COOK position at BAPTIST-CALHOUN, Calhoun City, MS. The role runs 10:00pm–6:45am with open availability preferred. One year of cook experience is preferred. Pay is $14.50 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and arranged nicely.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
