Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery, using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness standards. Stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, stores food and supplies properly.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in planning, record-keeping, and reporting as needed.
• Assists with ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
