Job summary

PM Construction Co. in the Portland area is seeking a Night Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site operations of a commercial project from planning through completion for evening and early morning shifts.

You will manage daily schedules, supervise trades and subcontractors, maintain safety and quality compliance, coordinate deliveries, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met while adhering to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Related experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Basic computer skills for daily reporting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control on the site.
• Prepare and manage daily schedules and timesheets.
• Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Supervise all workers and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate deliveries and vendor activities.
• Follow OSHA rules and standards on site.
• Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions.
