Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in San Francisco is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to deliver excellent customer service while protecting people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will verify identities, control access, perform patrols, report security concerns, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams on a full-time night shift.

US work authorization and a high school diploma or GED are required; security or military experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• US BSIS security trainings (or can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide them appropriately
• Manage access control and monitor entrances
• Conduct regular patrols to identify security risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
