Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience passing screening processes is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Florida Class D license is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Control access and monitor entry points.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and maintain safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
